Renewing your Policy

Every time the anniversary for your insurance comes round, we’ll be in touch to see if you’d like to stay with us. And if you do, we’ll make renewing your policy a piece of cake.

There are just three simple steps to renew with us:

  1. Review your renewal quote. We’ll email you a quote from your existing insurer before your renewal date. All you need to do is log in to your account, read more about the product we’re offering and decide if the cover is right for you. Log-in to your account here
  2. Double-check your details. The quotes we send you will be based on what you’ve already told us about you and your business. So, if things have changed, you must let us know — either online or by phoning us — before you move on to step three...
  3. Ways to pay. You can pay annually or monthly, whichever’s best for you. Just use your credit card or debit card, set up a new direct debit each month – or simply continue with your existing one.
